COVID-19 POLICY & INFORMATION

The safety and well-being of our guests is of the highest priority here at the Sunflower Inn.  As we all monitor the Covid-19 Coronavirus we wish to make you aware of the measures we have implemented to help safeguard the health of our guests.

 Status

– We are currently accepting reservations for each of our 4 guest rooms for the 2022 Season.


Health & Safety

– If you are not feeling well, have a fever or other symptoms of Coronavirus or have been exposed to someone experiencing symptoms, please call more than 24hrs. before your check-in time to cancel/postpone your stay at the Sunflower Inn.  We will gladly provide a 100% refund (minus any payment processing fees) or reschedule your visit.
– Our guest rooms will be cleaned between guests utilizing a recommended two-step process of cleaning with soap and water followed by use of disinfectant on all surfaces and frequently touched areas such as door knobs, lamps and blinds.
– Guest rooms will not be cleaned during the duration or your stay.  Fresh towels and trash collection will be available at any time by request.
– Commonly used areas will be similarly cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout your stay with special attention to high touch areas such as tables, door knobs, stairway handrails, etc.
 

Cancellation Policy

– As we all monitor the reduced spread of Covid-19 and response to this unprecedented event, Lynda and I recognize that people have a wide variety of comfort levels related to potential exposure to the virus.  It is in that spirit that we offer a 100% refund policy for any Covid-19 related cancellations if made more than 24hrs. before your check-in time.
Note: Fees paid by the guest and by Sunflower Inn to other reservations systems (VRBO, Airbnb) may not be able to be refunded.  Policies vary and are fluid at this time.  Payment processing fees incurred when booking on our Sunflower Inn web site will be deducted from the refund.
